Family Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, £45,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team in Oxfordshire. JOB REF:2801.

THE ROLE:
• You will take responsibility for your own caseload with guidance and support from senior colleagues, develop strong and lasting client relationships, and play an active role in a collaborative and professional team.
• You will join a dedicated family law team advising on the full spectrum of privately funded matters
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private children law matters
• This role offers clear scope for progression and long-term career development.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge across family law matters
• A compassionate, professional approach to client service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence managing files independently
• A positive, team-focused attitude
