Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £75,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to take a leading role on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. JOB REF:2809.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied and high-quality caseload across corporate and commercial work
• This will include mergers and acquisitions, investment and shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, LLPs and partnership structures and agreements and general corporate advisory work and compliance matters
• You’ll also play an active part in business development and team growth initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions and commercial contracts
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• A sharp eye for detail and strong legal and commercial judgement
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
