Personal Injury Solicitor, NQ-5 Years PQE, Plymouth, £50,000+ (DOE) – Part-time & full-time opportunity, Hybrid working options – JOB REF: 2817.

THE ROLE:
• This is a meaningful role where your work has a direct impact, helping people secure compensation, rehabilitation and long-term security following life-changing injuries.
• You’ll combine technical excellence with empathy and clear communication, guiding clients through the legal process with confidence and care.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include road traffic accidents, employers’ and public liability claims, workplace injury cases and product liability claims
• Working closely with counsel, experts, insurers and other stakeholders

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with up to 5 years’ PQE in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant), including EL/PL and/or RTA work
• Confidence preparing pleadings, witness statements and written submissions
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
