OVERVIEW:
• The firm are accepting applications from Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives, with solid technical expertise in Employment matters and general litigation.

• You will manage an independent caseload, applying your employment law expertise to represent and advise both individual and business clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will also draw on your general litigation experience to advise individual and corporate clients across a broad range of litigation matters.

• The successful candidate will have experience representing clients in the Employment Tribunal and the courts across a broad range of claims, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, and discrimination.

• You will have experience in drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, and related policies; advising on disciplinary procedures and internal investigations; providing guidance on employee terminations, redundancies, and restructuring, including the preparation of Settlement Agreements; and advising on boardroom disputes.

• Additionally, you will demonstrate a strong interest in business development and actively participate in the firm’s marketing and networking activities.
