Insolvency Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, £Competitive (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and businesses across multiple sectors. JOB REF: 2885

THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
• The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.
• You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions
• Supporting business development and profile-raising activities

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with 3+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring work
• Commercially aware and solutions-driven
• Confident managing client relationships and files
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Keen to develop their specialism and progress their career
