Corporate Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, London, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Partner, or a Senior Associate ready to step up and play a key leadership role in this London office. JOB REF:2963

THE ROLE:
• This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established corporate team specialising in M&A for owner-managers, private equity, and venture capital.
• You will attract and develop new client relationships
• Deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
• Support and mentor existing team members
• Contribute to the firm’s wider strategic expansion plans

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from a Corporate Partner exploring new opportunities or a Corporate Senior Associate ready for partnership
• You will be able to demonstrate strong business development capability
• Bringing a credible client following
• Experienced in leading and growing teams
• Technically excellent across the full spectrum of corporate law with exposure to a broad range of work
