Private Client Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Somerset | Hybrid / Flexible Working | Competitive Salary DOE

A growing and well-regarded Somerset firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding department. This position offers the chance to take ownership of your own caseload while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team structure.

The role will involve advising clients across the full spectrum of private client work, including wills, LPAs, trust matters, tax planning, probate and estate administration. You will gain exposure to high-quality instructions and develop strong, long-term client relationships within an established local client base.

In addition to managing files, you will have the opportunity to contribute to networking and business development activities, supporting the continued growth of the team’s private client services.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in private client law, be comfortable running matters with appropriate supervision, and demonstrate strong drafting ability and client care skills. A proactive and commercially minded approach will be key.

This is a strong opportunity for a junior to mid-level private client solicitor looking to progress within a respected Somerset practice offering flexibility and clear development prospects.
