OVERVIEW:
• The firm is looking for an ambitious and proactive Planning lawyer to take ownership of a diverse and challenging caseload, including Section 106 agreements, highways, and other statutory arrangements.

• You will provide clear, commercially focused advice on planning, highways, and related law, carry out due diligence for property and corporate transactions, and manage high-profile contentious planning matters, from Planning Inquiries and hearings to Court challenges and Judicial Reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience across both advisory and contentious work while thriving in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative team.

• Additionally, experience in large regeneration schemes is highly desirable

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, combining strong technical expertise with a proven commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will bring commercial awareness to the role, while actively contributing to business development -strengthening client relationships, retaining key clients, and playing a central role in driving the growth and success of the practice.
