A well-established and highly respected law firm in Wiltshire is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and is now looking to recruit a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner (NQ+). The firm ideally prefers someone office-based, as the role involves being a key part of the team and supporting more junior staff. However, hybrid working can be considered for the right candidate.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and referrers
• Building and maintaining relationships with local estate agents
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the department

What the Firm is Looking For
The firm would love to hear from:
• Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners (NQ+)
• Professionals confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Individuals with strong billing ability and commercial awareness
• Candidates who enjoy working closely with colleagues and mentoring junior staff
• Ideally someone with local contacts or referrer relationships
