Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, MATERNITY COVER, 5 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, SUFFOLK, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join and support a reputable firm on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment. JOB REF: 3172

•In this role, you manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

•The appointed legal professional will provide clear advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process, liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing team

•The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed/Qualified Conveyancer with proven experience independently managing residential conveyancing files.

•You will be organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload, demonstrating excellent client care, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team focused approach.
