JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: 2-3

SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and growing team in Leeds. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, shareholder arrangements and wider corporate structuring matters. You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues on high-quality transactions while gaining exposure to a varied client base and developing your technical and commercial expertise within a supportive team environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with approximately 2 to 3 years’ PQE who has gained solid experience within a respected corporate team, ideally at a medium or large firm. You will have experience advising on corporate transactions and demonstrate strong technical ability together with a commercial and pragmatic approach to client matters. The successful candidate will be ambitious, personable and keen to develop their career within a thriving regional corporate practice.
