OVERVIEW:
• Handle Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, case law and procedural rules
• Provide high quality client care and practical legal advice
• Meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines effectively
• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling Industrial Disease claims
• Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters
• Proven track record of managing cases independently and meeting billing targets
• Excellent organisational, time management, and IT skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, codes of conduct, and accounts rules
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Driven, professional, and conscientious
• Personable approach with high integrity
