THE ROLE:
You will be joining a well-established property litigation team acting for a diverse client base including landlords, tenants and organisations. The team covers a range of contentious residential and mixed-used property matters, with a strong emphasis on the occupation, use and management of housing. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with diverse caseload of matters including adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, property condition disputes and advising colleagues on complex residential property issues within transactional matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from NQs or Solicitors with up to 4 years of experience of advising / dealing with housing management and residential landlord & tenant work. You possess the ability to deal with matters independently as well as possess a well rounded background in dealing with a variety of property disputes.
