JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor (Social Housing)

THE ROLE:
Following the continued success and growth of its Residential Development team, this highly regarded firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to take the lead on a diverse and high-quality caseload of social housing matters. The role will involve advising on a broad range of work, including planning, development and investment transactions, secured lending, and selected landlord and tenant matters, offering excellent exposure to complex and impactful projects within the sector.

THE CANDIDATE:
With a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, you will bring strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential development law, alongside valuable experience within the social housing sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the firm’s presence in the market by contributing to thought leadership and social housing–focused marketing initiatives.
You will also support the continued growth of the team by mentoring junior colleagues and helping to develop their skills, while using your commercial awareness to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

An established client base or network within the social housing sector would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
