Private Wealth Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Exeter, £80,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team acting for a diverse client base across the UK and internationally. JOB REF:3499.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills, including tax-efficient and trust-based structures, probate planning and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will also supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Wealth Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• You will have strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• STEP qualification would be advantageous
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
