Job Description
THE ROLE:
The firm is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Real Estate Partner to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role advising a diverse client base across the full lifecycle of real estate assets, with a focus on landlord and tenant matters, investments, and asset management.
You will work closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A, and Banking & Finance to deliver strategic, pragmatic advice on complex, high value property portfolios.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 7+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate, with strong experience in portfolio asset management and complex transactions. A proven track record in corporate support work, including real estate aspects of M&A, and in handling large, complex property portfolios spanning investment and development structures. You will be commercially astute with a pragmatic approach and strong communication skills for liaising with senior stakeholders, and a team oriented mindset.
THE PACKAGE:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected regional law firm with a strong reputation and an established presence in Kent. The firm offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, providing a supportive environment to develop your career while maintaining a healthy work life balance.
