Private Client Solicitor

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5-8 YEARS’ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-75,000 (DOE). An excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an award-winning Legal 500 private client department. • You will oversee a caseload of private client matters, including drafting and executing Wills, preparing, and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, administering both taxable and non-taxable estates, drafting Deeds of Variation, and creating and administering trusts.

• Additionally, you will also build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, supervise and support junior members of the team, and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to further strengthen the firm’s market presence.

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with extensive technical experience in private client law and STEP membership (or be working towards qualification). You will be proactive, organised, and commercially minded, with a keen interest in business development and supporting the continued growth of the team.
