A boutique London law firm specialising in professional indemnity and regulatory matters is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm. This is a key position within a growing specialist practice, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in supporting the continued development and smooth running of the business.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing daily office operations and administration
  • Overseeing compliance and practice procedures
  • Supporting finance, billing, and HR processes
  • Coordinating facilities and supplier relationships
  • Assisting with onboarding and staff support
  • Helping drive operational efficiency across the firm
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Office Manager within a law firm
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of legal practice operations and compliance
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
