Receptionist/ Hostess

Full-Time / Monday-Saturday / Salary - £12.21p/h



Our client is hiring a Receptionist/ Hostess to provide support in a busy dealership environment. You will welcome every customer through the doors, manage their visit’s by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the diallers to the right department promptly. The  Receptionists/Hosts work a variety of full -time flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.



Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times.

• Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting.

• Handle and co-ordinate all calls and visitors, taking full details of the caller’s business, paging members of staff as needed.

• Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times.

• Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy and clear of crockery etc at all times, also kitchen area in showroom.

• Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards.



Skills/Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist in an automotive industry

•  Experience working with in a customer focussed environment

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

•  Smart appearance

•  Good communication and relationship skills

•  A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
