Warehouse Operative
Location: Witney
Salary: £13.50 per hour + overtime paid at £15.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Between 6:00am and 6:00pm (typically 7:30am – 4:30pm)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Witney. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, and loaded accurately and efficiently. Flexibility is essential, as some days may require working until all tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading delivery vehicles
• Receiving and storing goods in the correct warehouse locations
• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
• Completing stock checks and reporting any damages
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Carrying out daily forklift and equipment checks
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture at all times

About You

• Previous warehouse or yard experience is preferred
• A valid Forklift Licence would be advantageous
• Good numeracy, data accuracy, and basic IT skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
