As Junior Buyer, you will support the Procurement Manager and Buying team with day-to-day purchasing activity and administration. You will play a key role in supplier coordination, order placement, system updates, and data handling, helping ensure purchasing processes run efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Buying team
- Assist with placing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Support the delivery of cost-effective and business-focused buying activity
- Manage administrative elements of new product setup and master data processes
- Maintain and update ERP system records accurately
- Assist with reporting and analytical data preparation
- Support existing procurement and buying procedures
- Carry out additional ad hoc duties as directed by the Procurement ManagerΒ
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a similar buying or procurement support role
- Experience with stock control and purchase order processing
- Proven administrative support experience within a buying or procurement function
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of numerical accuracy and reporting capability
- Confident using ERP or similar business systems
