Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  
  
  

• 
  Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
  
  
  

• 
  Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
  
  
  

• 
  Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
  
  
  

• 
  Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  
  
  

• 
  Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments
  
  
  

• 
  Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required
  
  
  

About You:

• 
  Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
  
  
  

• 
  Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  
  
  

• 
  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
  
  
  

• 
  Excellent organisational and time management skills
  
  
  

• 
  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  
  

• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
