The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven CRM Executive (or Marketing Executive with solid CRM experience) to join a fast‑moving, customer‑focused marketing team.
You’ll work across email and SMS, managing campaigns end‑to‑end — from creative briefing and segmentation through to build, test, optimisation and reporting. You’ll shape customer journeys, run A/B tests, analyse performance and help deliver CRM that drives genuine engagement and revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging email & SMS campaigns from idea → send.
• Build and test CRM communications within our platform.
• Create smart customer segments to improve campaign relevance.
• Dig into performance data and drive optimisation through A/B testing.
• Brief design and creative teams with clarity and purpose.
• Enhance automated customer journeys based on insights.
• Work across marketing, digital, trade, and CRM strategy teams.
• Keep up to date on CRM best practice and compliance (including GDPR).

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ CRM or Email Marketing experience.
• Confident analysing data and using insight to improve performance.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and hit deadlines.
• Knowledge of GA or similar tools is a bonus.
