A growing UK based business located in Redditch are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role is offering a fixed day shift and will also offer an early finish every Friday, however regular overtime can be offered, paid at a premium rate.

Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:

• Assemble, install, and fit mechanical components to specification
• Carry out maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to equipment and machinery
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
• Use precision tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely
