Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Redditch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a great pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate.


The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck to move, locate, load, and stack products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while supporting the wider warehouse team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently
  
  
• Moving and storing stock within narrow aisle racking systems
  
  
• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Picking and replenishing stock when required
  
  
• Performing daily equipment checks and reporting faults
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Supporting general warehouse duties when needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  
  
• Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse setting
  
  
• Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
