Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join a leading technology manufacturer based in Southam. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and being part of a fast-paced commercial team. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, helping to qualify opportunities, support customers and develop your sales skills within a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and website
    • Building rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities
    • Preparing and sending quotations
    • Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up enquiries
    • Supporting the external sales team and liaising with internal departments
    • Developing product knowledge and confidence to eventually deliver your own customer presentations and demos
