Customer Sales Advisor – Hornsey (Near Turnpike Lane Station)  £27,053

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? We’re looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy store in Hornsey, helping customers every day while contributing to the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing advice and selling products and services

• Maximise every sales opportunity to meet and exceed targets

• Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment

• Take responsibility for lone working and key holder duties when required

• Operate forklifts where applicable and support general store tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills

• Self-disciplined, detail-focused, and adaptable to team or lone working

• Motivated to learn about products and services and to provide excellent customer experiences

• Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including store rounds and occasional forklifting
