IT Support Engineer

Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Halesowen (Fully In-Office)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Network IT are looking for an IT Support Professional to join an established client who are looking to expand their IT function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a solid foundation in IT experience, with a drive and desire to develop with support for a seasoned IT Manager.
This opportunity is based in Halesowen with a requirement to be on-site, please only apply if this is something you can accommodate to.
Experience Required
This role will require you to have explored, and potentially have participated in, 1st Line Support responsibilities to support users in any IT problems that occur. Such problems that you would need to have experience in includes:

• Office 365.
• Azure Active Directory.
• Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Printer Configuration and Maintenance.
• License Management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting (Power BI Dashboards, etc).
• Basic SQL.

Whilst not necessary, the following skills are highly desirable:

• Exposure to Shopify and its programming language – Liquid.
• A knowledge of PHP best practices (or even a portfolio of work).
