Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing)
Location: Farningham
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, weekend availability essential  


Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a busy pack house environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing fruit and vegetables into boxes, ensuring products are properly labelled, and helping maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack fruit and vegetables into boxes for shipment.
• Label boxes accurately with product details.
• Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting the products before packing.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily targets.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift and move products.
• Experience in picking and packing in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work 5 days out of 7.
• Need to drive (manual or automatic)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
