Production Line Pickers & Packers

We are currently recruiting Production Line Pickers & Packers to join a manufacturing team near Maidstone.

Pay: £12.31phr

Hours: working 5 days out of 7, 7am to 4pm

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, temporary (but on going) position in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for picking and packing items, quality checking products, and ensuring accuracy in production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking products efficiently to meet production targets
• Packing items in the correct quantities
• Conducting quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in repetitive tasks
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Additional Information:

• Due to the factory’s location, own transport is required
• Immediate start available
