C+E HGV Driver (Class 1) Nights

Position: CE Driver / C+E Driver / Class 1 Driver / Shunter

We’re seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver (CE Driver / C+E Driver) for a night shunting position on behalf of a well-established and well-known logistics company. 

 
Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex 

Hours: 6:00PM – 6:00AM (hours may vary) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends! 

Contract: Temporary but ongoing placement 

Salary: £48,500 per annum + overtime available

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shunting trailers and units within a busy logistics depot
• Maintaining safe and efficient vehicle movements
• Supporting with general depot operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid C+E licence held for atleast 2 years
• Minimum of 180 days CE driving experience
• Strong awareness of depot safety and vehicle handling
• Own transport is essential due to location
• Positive, team-focused attitude
