Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader- needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: Starting at £27,534 per year, increasing to £30,069 with training, Hours: Full time – various start times from 06:00am (occasionally 05:00am), Contract: Tempo to Perm (12 weeks)



We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy chilled logistics warehouse in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent entry-level leadership opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their warehouse or logistics career.



The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, helping to guide and motivate the team while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.



Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily operations within a chilled warehouse environment

Lead, motivate, and assist a small warehouse team

Ensure orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately

Monitor workflow and help the team achieve daily targets

Maintain high standards of health & safety and hygiene

Provide guidance and support to team members where required

Communicate effectively with supervisors and management

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills

Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
