Job Description
Working within the payroll department, the position will involve a wide range of duties including:
- Processing payroll hours and inputting into the system
- Maintain and update employee information
- Processing new starters and leavers on the system
- Liaising with managers across the business
- Monitor and manage the query mailbox
- Assist with recruitment administration activities
- Generate and distribute reports
- Produce and send out contracts
To be considered for this role, the desired candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Good administration skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Professional and friendly manner
Strong numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
