- Interpreting and analysing the results of modelling, you will provide robust insight and communicate clear recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical findings into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of water resources regulation and planning frameworks, including how regulatory requirements influence modelling and investment decisions.
- Effective project management and organisational skills, delivering high-quality modelling and analysis work to agreed timelines and standards.
- Ability to code (e.g. Python or R) and a proactive approach to improving data management, data visualisation, and analysis capabilities.
- Competitive salary of between £48,000 and £60,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
- Performance-related pay plan directly linked to company performance measures and targets
