Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Complaints Resolution)
Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
Pay: £13 per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer complaints via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Listening to customer concerns and responding with empathy and professionalism
- Investigating issues thoroughly to provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Recording all interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately on internal systems
- Escalating complex or unresolved cases in line with company procedures
- Ensuring all complaints are handled in line with service standards and compliance requirements
 
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong telephone-based customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or complaints handling preferred
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
