Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Times: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary
Driving Licence Required: Yes – Full UK licence and own vehicle essential

Key Duties
  • Processing customer orders
  • Preparing quotes and sales documents
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Updating customer records and CRM systems
  • Tracking orders and liaising with other departments
  • Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous admin or office experience (sales support experience preferred)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Available to start immediately
