Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator (Media Department) – Temporary Ongoing
Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)


Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Media Department and wider teams
    • Manage and organise documentation, files, and internal systems
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
    • Support with media-related admin tasks, including tracking campaigns and updating records
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
    • Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
    • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required


Requirements:
    • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
    • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
