Location: Horsham



Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)



Compensation: Circa £15.50 per hour (£32-35,000 pa)

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Day-to-day operation of a Bystronic laser to cut sheet metal for various projects.

Production Quality: Ensuring all components meet design specifications with a high level of accuracy.

Maintenance: Performing basic machine upkeep and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

Workflow Management: Monitoring cutting cycles and managing material loading/unloading to meet production deadlines.



Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven background in CNC Laser operation or CNC machining is highly preferred.

Technical Precision: A strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.

Professionalism: Excellent timekeeping and a reliable work ethic are essential.
