Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Licence – Temporary Cover

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  
  
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  
  

We are leading supplier of high-quality doors and door solutions. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our team on a temporary cover basis, helping to ensure our products are prepared and dispatched efficiently to customers.


The Role
Working within our busy warehouse that handles a wide range of doors and accessories, your duties will include:

• Picking and preparing door orders for dispatch
  
  
• Loading and unloading doors and materials using a counterbalance forklift
  
  
• Checking products for quality and accuracy
  
  
• Assisting with goods in and stock control
  
  
• General warehouse duties to maintain a safe and organised environment
  
  
• Supporting colleagues to meet daily dispatch targets
  
  

About You

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
  
  
• Previous warehouse experience, ideally handling large items such as doors or building products
  
  
• Good attention to detail and care when handling products
  
  
• Physically fit and able to work in a manual role
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
