Warehouse Team Leader – Nights


Castle Donington | £36,000 p/a | Temporary 

 

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a global logistics company in Castle Donington. You’ll take charge of the night shift, leading a busy team to keep freight moving safely, smoothly, and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating the night shift team
  
  
• Overseeing freight loading/unloading & paperwork
  
  
• Ensuring H&S compliance (including dangerous goods)
  
  
• Driving performance to hit KPIs
  
  
• Coaching, training & supporting your team
  
  
• Liaising with other departments & customers
  
  
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe & efficient
  
  
• Covering management duties when required
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role in logistics
  
  
• Experienced in managing high-volume, diverse teams
  
  
• Confident with WMS & Microsoft Office
  
  
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification – ESSENTIAL
  
  
• Strong communicator & natural problem solver
  
  

 

This is an ongoing temporary role however may be permanent opportunity in the future.
