What you’ll do:
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with schools and educators
  • Focus on retention: ensuring existing clients stay satisfied and supported
  • Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and strengthen partnerships
  • Deliver excellent service to both educators and schools
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of local education through lasting relationships
What we’re looking for:
  • A confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Proven experience in sales or retention (education experience is a bonus, not essential)
  • Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Organised multitasker who thrives under pressure
  • A team player with a passion for people and progress
  • Full UK driving licence (you’ll need to visit schools in the Preston area)
