A growing and ambitious company are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Adobe Products and enjoys producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms.

On offer is a competitive salary along with a monthly bonus scheme that can take first year earnings to £32,000 – £35,000 OTE. The company also offers a range of incentives including team bonuses, performance rewards and company holidays abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
• Design visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Work with the marketing team to develop brand consistent content.
• Edit and prepare graphics for different online platforms.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Assist with creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organised design files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator (essential).
• Graphic design experience in a professional or freelance capacity.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
