We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading housing provider based on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last between 2 weeks and 1 month, offering an immediate start and weekly pay.

This is a busy, phone-based role focused on speaking with tenants, completing surveys, and accurately recording information on internal systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to tenants
• Complete census questionnaires over the phone
• Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys
• Accurately record responses and update systems
• Build rapport with customers and encourage participation

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous customer service or outbound calling experience
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Reliable and organised approach to work
