Role: Fleet Customer Service Advisor (Royal Mail)
📍 Location: Chesterfield, S40 1AA
Come and join the team at Royal Mail in Chesterfield and help keep Royal Mail’s fleet on the move! 🚚💨
As part of the Bookings team, you’ll be the go-to person for arranging and managing maintenance for the vehicles and trailers. This includes booking work with internal workshops as well as external suppliers.
You’ll play a big part in making sure their vehicles stay safe, compliant, and ready for the road every day 👍
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
  • Booking MOTs, services, safety checks, and repairs
  • Coordinating with workshops, suppliers, and operational teams
  • Making sure maintenance is completed on time to reduce vehicle downtime (VOR)
  • Keeping records up to date and accurate
  • Helping ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
  • Dealing with urgent issues quickly and keeping things running smoothly

You’ll work on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Early)
  • Week 2: 6am – 2pm (Early)
  • Week 3: 8am – 4pm (Late)

  • ÂŁ13.52 per hour
  • Office-based role (full-time) 🏢
  • Temporary ongoing position (no fixed end date)
