Specialist autism provisions in the borough typically offer small class sizes, high staff-to-pupil ratios, structured learning environments, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration to help pupils reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into a specialist setting.

- Experience working with Autism / complex SEN needs (school, specialist provision, or PRU)

- Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
- Specialist training and ongoing CPD in autism education
