Pay rate to £38 per hour 
Contract role, Neighbourhood Support Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in East Sussex 
This is to work in a Neighbourhood Support Team 
This is working within the Neighbourhood Support Team to carry out care act assessments and reviews within the community covering rural areas in the Lewes and North Wealden areas. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
