Occupational Therapist
Location: Royal Borough of Greenwich
Rate: £29.92 per hour
Working Arrangements: Locum - Hybrid working - Full time

Pertemps is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the team at Greenwich Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake professional assessments and deliver tailored care interventions in line with legislation, College of Occupational Therapists (COT), and HCPC practice standards.
Manage, supervise, and support staff as required, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development.
Contribute to the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of the Occupational Therapy team, promoting best practice and service improvement.

Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
Experience in supervision and supporting staff.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
