SEND Key Worker – Staffordshire
£250 per day
37 hours per week
Fully Remote (Equipment collection required in Stafford on day one)

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Key Worker on behalf of a local authority in Staffordshire.
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) offering £250 per day. The role is fully remote following initial equipment collection from Stafford on your first day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Annual Reviews
• Completing Phase Transfers
• Amending existing EHCPs
• Writing new Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Managing a caseload in line with statutory timeframes
• Liaising effectively with schools, parents/carers, and multi-agency professionals

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a SEND team in a local authority
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes
• Proven experience drafting and amending EHCPs to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
