Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Independent Living Service
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands. 
Pay Rate: £34.00 – £36.00 per hour
Hours: 27 hours per week (days and times to be discussed at interview)

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping people live independently? Pertemps is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service, working as a field worker supporting individuals with complex health and social care conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Carry out holistic assessments to identify needs and promote independence
🔹 Recommend and coordinate aids and adaptations to support daily living
🔹 Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies
🔹 Empower people to live safely and independently in their own homes

Requirements:
✅ HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
✅ Experience in aids and adaptations and working with complex cases
✅ Excellent assessment and problem-solving skills
✅ Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vechicle
