Head of Contracts Management, Herefordshire 
Pay rate £81.08 per hour (umbrella rate) 
Contract role, Local Government (Economy, Communities & Corporate) 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Housing Supply Officer in North London. 
The overview is as follows: 

• The role will be based in Hereford,  on site a minimum of 2 days per week.    This will be an initial 6 month interim role with the potential to be extended. 

• Economy and Environment are looking to consolidate its approach to contracts management with the aim to bring other major contracts into scope.  A key part of the role will be to engage with key stakeholders to bring additional contracts into scope. 

• The Contracts Management team reports to the Director Commercial Services who has responsibility for Contracts Management within the Economy & Environment Directorate, Property Services including Estates, Investment and Retail, Facilities Management and Capital Programmes, and broader commercial activity across the council. 

 
You will need experience of working in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
